Conference Fees

Standard: Standard Delegate Fee is € 200 inclusive of VAT.

Members: Members of ISACA receive a 10% discount on the standard delegate fee (€180).

Sponsors: Delegates from sponsoring organisations receive a 10% discount on the standard delegate fee (€180).

Multiple Delegates: If an organisation nominates  five(5) or more delegates, kindly contact the Chapter for further group/cumulative discounts starting from a 6% overall discount.

Terms:

  • Discounts are cumulative, and ISACA members from  sponsoring organisations receive a total of 20% discount on the standard delegate fee (€160).
  • The delegate fee includes coffee breaks and buffet lunch.
  • Registration is contingent upon full payment of the registration fee by the 14th of May 2010. To guarantee registration, conference fees must be received by this deadline.
  • ISACA membership will be determined based on a paid up membership up to 31/12/2010.
  • Fiscal receipts will be issued upon receipt of payment.
  • All speakers and topics are correct at the time of printing. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of ISACA Malta Chapter to change the contents and timings of the programme, the speakers,  or the venue.
  • In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled, the ISACA MALTA CHAPTER will make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
  • Attendee substitution is permitted at any time until the conference. If a non-member is substituting a member, then there will be additional non-member fees.

Payment

Payment may be affected by:

  • Cheque accompanied by the names of the delegates registered online and addressed to ISACA MALTA CHAPTER, Malta Federation of Professional Assocations (MFPA), Sliema Road, Gzira
  • Direct transfer to the following bank accounts:

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you won’t be able to attend the conference, contact us by e-mail to cancel your registration. It is the responsibility of the cancelling party to ensure their cancellation has been received.

All cancellations must be received by the 30th of April 2010 to receive a refund of registration fees. A cancellation charge of 15% will be subtracted from conference refunds.  If no payment has been made by this date, 15% of the original fee will be due immediately.

No refunds can be given after 30th of April 2010.  If no payment has been made then 100% of the original fee will be due immediately.
